Mr. O'Connor is co-founder , President and CTO of Visual Analytics. Mr O'Connor's leadership skills, technical knowledge, and innovative concepts have been crucial to VAI's success.
He is the architect of VAI's flagship application, VisuaLinks, and has guided its growth, expanded power and sophistication.
Under Mr. O'Connor's technical leadership, VisuaLinks® has become the standard visual data mining application at a number
of intelligence agencies, law enforcement organizations and financial crime investigative units.
Mr. O'Connor works closely with the software development team to develop features and functions for a number of government agencies, including the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN),
Internal Revenue Service (IRS, Criminal Investigations), Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and a number of joint DoD programs involved with homeland security.
Mr. O'Connor, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has over 12 years of experience developing large scale distributed systems,
data mining, visualization, and artificial intelligence technologies.
