Vision - Our vision is a customary program arranged through VAI. The benefit provides coverage up to a total of $200 each year for vision care for the employee and/or spouse and dependents. When you go to your vision care provider, you will need to pay the provider in full. Bring the receipt to your Office Manager to process the billing reimbursement. Within a month you should receive a check of your full reimbursement, after approval, from VAI. Reimbursements are to cover prescriptions, exams, glasses, and basic eye care -- this benefit is not intended to cover "designer" sunglasses or other forms of non-prescription eye wear.
Life - 2x salary up to a maximum of $250,000 (after 6 months of full time employment).
Disability - Short Term and Long Term (after 6 months of full time employment).

Paid Holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Vacation Time: Available after 6 months of full time employment with VAI. Starts accuring first day of employment and provides for 2 full weeks of vacation for the first two years. After two full years of service, employees earn an additional 2 days until it is maxed at 24 days/3 weeks of vacation when starting your 10th year of service. A max of 80 hours can be carried over each year as the company buys down any balance over 80 hours at the end of each calendar year.
Personal/Sick Time: Available after 6 months of full time employment with VAI. Employees will start each calendar year with 6 personal days. These days are not carried over so you must use or lose them. If your start date falls in the middle of the month, you will have a prorated balance effective the 1st day of the month following your start date.

401K - Company also offers employees 401K plan to contribute additional funds for retirement.
Retirement - Company funds this pension plan with a contribution between 0% and 25% of base-salary, depending on the earning each year. There is a 3 year vesting period (0% first year, 50% second year, 100% third year) for this plan.
Costco - Company provides complimentary membership to Costco for all employees.
Internet - Company reimburses up to $75 to all employees for home internet charges.
Bonus - Company provides incentive pay and bonuses for exemplary work.
