- The Analysis Corporation (TAC) and Visual Analytics Inc. (VAI), the leading providers of pattern discovery and information sharing solutions, announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership to provide homeland security and intelligence agencies with a fully-integrated platform for collecting, analyzing, sharing, translating and visually representing structured and unstructured multilingual data.
The partnership offers law enforcement, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism professionals a customizable search tool to analyze both structured and unstructured data in all major languages. Together, TAC and VAI will offer a single solution for government agencies to produce accurate searches of individuals utilizing structured and unstructured text acquired from a variety of data sources to provide more accurate identification.
The combined solution includes the TAC Celatro(TM) software development toolkit (SDK) and the VAI Data Clarity(TM) Suite. The Celatro SDK enables the rapid integration of "fuzzy-logic" data mining and processing technologies into third-party data mining software systems. The Data Clarity Suite creates a virtual data warehouse, allowing organizations to securely share data with other organizations or agencies for advanced analytics.
The combined identity search and data mining capabilities of these technologies makes this solution mission-critical for any organization requiring the ability to search through volumes of data stores to identify individuals and uncover potential links to financial, geographic and national networks.
Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will engage in co-marketing and sales initiatives.
