 VisuaLinks® Walk
The VisuaLinks Walk service is a very powerful relationship finder. The Walk service lets you select one or more objects and search your data sources for any related data.
Once you have found one or more items of interest using one of the VisuaLinks data extraction services (Search, Miner, Summary, etc.), the next thing you'll likely want to know is what other data is related to your items of interest.
The Walk service is specifically designed to help you visualize relationships to expose or identify patterns. While the Walk service can be configured to walk several link levels from, it is typically an iterative process - building associations one level at a time - to fully visualize the associations as they are found.
The Walk service can be executed against all the data in your analytical session or a few select items of interest.
The Walk service is probably the most used of all VisuaLinks services because of its ability to find connections for you.
