Visual Clarity Server Requirements Following are the minimum system requirements for the machine running the Visual Clarity Server.

VisuaLinks Client Requirements Following are the system requirements for any machine running a VisuaLinks Client.

Applet / Web Start Client Platform Microsoft® Windows® Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, Microsoft® Windows® XP, Vista, Windows 7 Linux® Sun® Solaris™ IBM® AIX® Mac® OS X® Processor Pentium 4/1.5 GHz or higher (minimum) Pentium Core-Duo 1.6 GHz or higher (recommended) Memory 1 GB RAM Hard Drive Space Available hard disk space, on each machine that will run the VisuaLinks Client, to store data and associated files. Additionally, approximately 100 MB of space is required if the VisuaLinks Client Starter application is installed. Software Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Plug-in 1.6.0, Update 31 or higher .NET Framework 2.0 (on any machine that will use the i2 Conversion tools) Internet Explorer 7 (or higher) ~or~ Firefox 17 (or higher) ~or~ Google Chrome ~or~ Safari 3 (or higher) Additional Resources Network Card Minimum 1024 x 768 monitor resolution Under Windows 7, "Medium" and "Smaller" settings are supported

Increasing your system's memory will help improve the overall response and volume of data that can be loaded. VisuaLinks requires Sun Microsystems Java Plug-in version 1.6. Each machine that will run the VisuaLinks Client must have the JRE installed.
